Leeds United face a tough test as they welcome West Ham to Elland Road.

The Whites have endured a really disappointing season so far and find themselves sitting in 16th position in the Premier League as a result.

Marcelo Bielsa and David Moyes will go head to head this weekendAFP

While they did get a win against Burnley in their last league fixture, there’s plenty of work for Marcelo Bielsa’s side to do if they’re to rise up the league.

As for West Ham it’s been a decent campaign with David Moyes’ side firmly in the mix for a top four finish.

With that in mind they’ll be determined to get a positive result in West Yorkshire.

Leeds v West Ham: Date and time

The Premier League clash is due to take place on Sunday, January 16 at Elland Road in Leeds.

The contest will kick off at 2pm UK time.

Victory for West Ham will ensure that they stay in the top four at the end of the weekend.

Leeds v West Ham: Team news

Bielsa could welcome back Pascal Strujik, Rodrigo and Patrick Bamford to the matchday squad.

Joe Gelhardt, Tyler Roberts and Sam Greenwood are expected to miss out, while Liam Cooper and Kalvin Phillips are long-term absentees.

For West Ham, David Moyes could still be without a number of players due to COVID-19.

A late decision will be made on the fitness of Kurt Zouma following a hamstring injury.

Tomas Soucek and Mark Noble missed out midweek with one of the two possibly returning this weekend.
