Globalworth (GWI), a leading investor in office real estate in Poland and Romania, has completed the purchase of two properties in Poland worth approximately 170 million euros, the Warsaw Trade Tower (WTT) in Warsaw and Rondo Business Park (RBP) in Krakow.

The acquisition of RBP in Krakow has sound strategic rationale, being located alongside our Quattro Business Park and creating management synergies through an enlarged footprint. The most significant of the purchases is WTT (pictured above), an iconic 38-storey tower located in the Wola district of Warsaw and is one of the tallest skyscrapers in the capital. Bought for 133 million euros, it provides GWI with a leasable area of 45,400 square metres. RBP, which is located in the northern part of Krakow, offers a gross leasable area of almost 17,800 square metres across three buildings.
