WWE owner Vince McMahon had a surprise match at WrestleMania and won.
The 76-year-old had his first match at the WWE event in 12 years after his protege had lost to Pat McAfee in a wildly entertaining contest.
Having matches at 76!
McMahon got his first ever victory at WM
The boss took his suit off to reveal his legendary black vest and told the referee to ring the bell.
McMahon beat down McAfee and managed to secure the victory with the help of Theory getting involved in proceedings.
Then Stone Cold Steve Austin’s music hit as McMahon celebrated with Theory. The Texas Rattlesnake made his way down the ramp and confronted the heels in the ring.
Old rivals renewed
Vince does not have good records with StunnersTwitter
Austin got the better of Theory and hit him with a Stunner before turning his attention to his oldest and greatest rival, McMahon.
Austin and McMahon drank beer together to begin with, but Austin did what he always does and landed a stunner when McMahon was drinking.
The problem is, McMahon was all over the place and took one of the worst stunners in wrestling history.
Still, for 76, you can’t knock the effort, though former Superstar Mick Foley AKA Mankind, wondered if it was the worst ever.
I can’t stop watching

Worst stunner ever?

McMahon and Austin have a long standing rivalry that goes all the way back to the late 1990s and many believe it is what helped the WWE win the Monday Night Wars against WCW.
WWE were losing for 82 weeks straight until Austin caught fire and took over the industry in 1998. Mike Tyson taking part at WrestleMania that year sure helped, too.
WWE masterfully used nostalgia to satisfy the crowd at the AT&T Stadium in Texas and WrestleMania 38 will go down as one of the most memorable events in modern WWE history.
