Adrian Humă has over 20 years of experience in banking, of which 15 years in ING, within the Wholesale Banking division – which manages the relationship with large companies with a turnover of over 100 million euros.

Since 2018, Adrian heads the activity of the Automotive, Transportation and Logistics sector of ING Bank Romania. In his role, he offers to his customers personalized financial solutions for their business, but also relevant advice to facilitate the transition to a sustainable economy. Moreover, Adrian is a member of the CSR Board, which has the role to increase the involvement of the whole bank in social responsibility projects.

Adrian is passionate about a healthy lifestyle – he has a diploma in nutrition and participates regularly in running and triathlon competitions and, of course, he is passionate about environmentally friendly cars.

A Bachelor of Science in Banking and Capital Markets, Adrian Huma joined the ING Romania team in 2006 as a Senior Lending Specialist. One year later he became the Manager General Lending, Global Corporate Clients, while in 2011 he took on the role of Head of Transactions Management. Before coming into his current role as Sector Head Automotive, Transportation and Logistics in 2018, he was the Head of South and East regions – Corporate Clients (2014-2018).

Adrian Huma will share his insights into how green cars will integrate with smart cities and will also explore the smart mobility trends for the urban ecosystem, during the Sustainable Communities Panel (Day 1, Panel 2).
