Cooperativa de Energie recently completed the acquisition of Apuron Energy and thus enters directly on the market, as the first energy cooperative type of supplier in Romania, furnishing 100% green energy, with certificates of origin. In June, commercial offers will be launched for individuals and legal entities, as well as for prosumers who want to move their electricity contracts from the current supplier to the cooperative.
The money for the acquisition of the supplier Apuron Energy came as a loan from the members of the cooperative and from Som Energia, the largest green energy cooperative in Spain. At the end of the credit period, the Cooperativa de Energie will return the amounts received with interest. Thus, members who have been granted a loan for a period of one year will receive an interest rate of 3.7% per annum, and those who have been granted a loan for a period of five years will receive 5.2% per annum.

In addition to the commercial offers in the supply area, we want to launch other investment projects in photovoltaic panel fields as soon as possible, in order to become green energy producers as well.
