World Class Romania, local wellness and fitness network, announced the opening of a new unit within the Pipera Plaza shopping center, in December, reaching 18 units.
With a total area of over 1,470 square meters, World Class Pipera Plaza includes a gym offering group fitness, personal training and cardio and also functional and cross fitness training areas.
Pipera Plaza, the latest project of Alpha Property Group inaugurated in September, includes Romanian and international brands, with Uncle John by Old Brick Pub and Sensiblu also joining the center recently. The shopping center has an occupancy rate of 100 percent.
The project spreads over 7,o00 sqm and the developer announced it will launch in November the second phase, which will bring the mall’s surface to 10,000 sqm.
