Start-ups from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine are to link up with organisations in the Visegrad (V4) countries (Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic) in order to share best practice on how to make NGOs more effective using digital tools.

“The initiative of MeOut Group and EuroAsian Start-up Awards is unique in its kind as it facilitates global collaborations between start-ups and NGOs and connects the V4 organisations with Eastern partnership – EaP – countries. This will significantly contribute to the global expansion of local and regional innovative solutions,” said Attila Sándor, president of the MeOut Group and organiser of the Big Forum on Digitalisation conference.

“A lot of new friendships were made at the conference, which can pave the way for deeper cooperation among start-up ecosystems,” he added.

Prior to the conference, the EuroAsian Start-up Awards organised the Ecosystem Stakeholder Networking Event, aimed at providing a platform for networking and deepen the collaboration between the start-up ecosystems.
